Relocating? We make the process easy for our residents, and help you save money in the process.

You can transfer to any of our properties nationwide:

• Provide a thirty (30) day written notice to your current community.
• No new application fee is required.
• There are no lease termination fees.
• Security deposits may be transferred to the new community.

Additional terms and conditions:

• The new community must be at least 25 miles from your existing community.
• Applicants will need to re-qualify for the new community.
• Please note that damages to the current apartment may result in a reduction of the security deposit being transferred.
• Pet deposits and fees are not eligible for transfer.
• Regional restrictions apply and are subject to change at any time.
